With the master suite, BBQ on deck, and a little deck off the kitchen. Downstairs, there are 2 more bedrooms, bed 1 queen bed, bed 2 family room with queen, twin over full bunks. Full bathroom, laundry, and garage access for guests. Upstairs is a loft with a pool table, 3/4 bath, full-size sofa bed and a booked filled library.

Upstairs is a loft with a pool table, 3/4 bath, full-size sofa bed and a booked filled library and kids secret game room ;) Other things to note **Lake Arrowhead is a private lake and short-term renters are not permitted access to the Lake, Lake trails, Peninsula Park, and Grass Valley Park as of September 28th, 2020. Available lakes for swimming, fishing, and walking trails are Lake Gregory in Crestline, Lake Silverwood, and Big Bear Lake in Big Bear. Lake availability will vary by season.** We highly recommend carrying chains/cables with tensioners during the winter. CalTrans will have chain checkpoints and require you to show them or, in some cases, put them on. to be allowed up the mountain. We do not refund for inclement weather or fires. However, we do reschedule. **This is NOT a party home! If you plan on breaking any of the house rules, including but not limited to: There is no smoking inside or outside the property, this includes but is not limited to Cigarettes, Marijuana, and Cigars. If we smell smoke in the home there will be an additional $250 cleaning fee. If we find burn marks in any furniture, the guest is responsible for replacement costs.** We do not enjoy removing pets or additional guests from the home as well as charging additional fees. We kindly ask that guests follow all house rules to avoid any issues. Smoking inside or outside the home, any type of drug usage legal or not, underage drinking, violating quiet hours, exceeding occupancy limits or vehicle limits. We will not tolerate it. We do not enjoy removing people from our home, but the safety of our guests, home, and neighbors comes first. Listing requires guests to have positive reviews in order to book our property
