Specious house for me and my family of 7! About 12 minutes from universal studios. If you are ubering this can be expensive since about 20 minutes from Hollywood. But other than that the stay was great. With a great host! Bathrooms could’ve been cleaner more towels needed

House is at great location. It was clean, bright, well maintained. Host communicated effectively and was in touch to make sure everything is smooth. We really loved the house and would definitely come back. Everything was great. One minor comment is to have more towels for guests,.

The property was spacious and spotless. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well supplied. The code was east to remember and to use. There was even an enclosed patio. It was a little difficult to locate because the actual address is not what was listed, but once we found it everything else was terrific.

I enjoyed how close to universal studios it was. There was easy access to the freeway and overall the perfect stay for 4 people. It didn’t seem super clean with certain areas of the bathroom and kitchen.

The house is superb even the location. The kids loves our stay and will definitely coming back. I highly recommend it. The owner is very responsive which is really great. We stayed here for 7 days and really good for family of 6. Thank you.

This gated private house in Sherman Oaks was the perfect retreat during our LA visit. It offered privacy, comfort, and the convenience of secure parking—everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The space was clean, peaceful, and truly felt like a home away from home, making it easy to unwind after busy days exploring the city. Eugene, our host, was fantastic. He was incredibly responsive, kind, and went above and beyond to accommodate our requests. His thoughtful communication and warm hospitality made the experience seamless and enjoyable. We couldn’t have asked for a better place—or a better host. Highly recommended! There was NOTHING to not like about this place!

The house was clean and bright. I love the high ceilings and lots of natural light.The host responded promptly to any concerns we had. The house was properly equipped and functional. Nice neighborhood. We had an awesome experience. Super host. A+++. One thing I noticed was that we could hear the guests in the other rental and they interrupted our sleep a couple of times.

I loved the location, very close to universal studios and so many other restaurants closed by, also a super cute neighborhood well maintained. Very specious and clean, great communication, had everything we needed, we’ll stay here again whenever we come to universal studios. Nothing to complaint about.
