We loved our stay here, the house was perfect for our family of 5! It was a great location close to everything in a quiet, nice neighborhood. I would definitely come back. Eugene was very responsive and helpful. It allowed our LA vacation to be a total success! Book it now, you won’t regret it!

We had an amazing stay at Levon’s place. It was very quiet and close to a lot of things. We had arrived in a early flight and see if we could check in before 4 pm and he was always responding to our text. The place was very clean and very well equipped. Great place to stay.

C’était un séjour incroyable. Je pense un des meilleur Airbnb que j’ai pris à Los Angeles. Déjà le quartier est formidable , la maison encore plus. Tout est neuf , tout est propre , tu te sent directement chez toi. Je le conseille à yeux fermé et j’ai hâte de revenir!!!

Eugene’s home is in a lovely and QUIET neighborhood (literally heard nothing at night time). The home was clean, comfortable and convenient (both showers were stellar and the beds were comfortable). My son loved playing outside and having the entire property fenced for added safety was a huge plus! Lots of great coffee shops close by too (The Boy & The Bear, Ministry of Coffee- Alo had delicious food, and Tortoni). Thanks for the great stay!

Took our family down to LA for opening weekend of Dodger baseball. House was perfect for us with 4 adults and 3 toddlers. Single level was ideal. House was clean - open floor plan - well stocked kitchen - nice backyard and quiet neighborhood. We had a blast and would totally stay again. Host was very responsive.

Awesome location , central to everything. The security fencing made it perfect for kids to play in the yard. Host was very responsive and accommodating. The house was well furnished and is a great floor plan for a family. Only recommendation would be to get a sectional for more seating in the living room , everything else was great.

I had a great stay here! Levon was an amazing host and always responded quickly whenever I had questions. The Airbnb was very quiet, comfortable, and in a great location. One of the best parts was how close it is to Universal Studios - only about a 12-minute drive, which made our trip super convenient. The only minor thing was that the shower water got warm rather than hot, but it didn’t take away from the overall experience. Everything else was great. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

We had a fantastic time in Eugene's cabin. The space was comfortable and spacious. 3 levels with 3 bathrooms made our party of 9 easily able to spread out and relax. Large kitchen and dining area had plenty of room for eating an boardgames. Separate TV spaces allowed for different ages of kids to have their own space for screen time. Would definitely return to this cabin in the future!

Cocina muy bien dotada, con todo lo necesario para una muy buena estancia, al llegar todo impecable, baño con productos de aseo, el ingreso fué fácil y las respuestas a todas las dudas rápidas, volvería a quedarme nos encantó!.
