Took our family down to LA for opening weekend of Dodger baseball. House was perfect for us with 4 adults and 3 toddlers. Single level was ideal. House was clean - open floor plan - well stocked kitchen - nice backyard and quiet neighborhood. We had a blast and would totally stay again. Host was very responsive.

I had a great stay here! Levon was an amazing host and always responded quickly whenever I had questions. The Airbnb was very quiet, comfortable, and in a great location. One of the best parts was how close it is to Universal Studios - only about a 12-minute drive, which made our trip super convenient. The only minor thing was that the shower water got warm rather than hot, but it didn’t take away from the overall experience. Everything else was great. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

This house was just what we needed for our family to gather for a wedding. It was in a convenient location for airport, groceries, restaurants. The great room was a wonderful space. Having a bathroom for each bedroom was nice. A tv in the bedroom was appreciated. Fun outdoor space with pool, hot tub and outdoor furniture. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was well appointed. Having a garage was convenient. Overall worked well for our LA vacation.

We had a fantastic time in Eugene's cabin. The space was comfortable and spacious. 3 levels with 3 bathrooms made our party of 9 easily able to spread out and relax. Large kitchen and dining area had plenty of room for eating an boardgames. Separate TV spaces allowed for different ages of kids to have their own space for screen time. Would definitely return to this cabin in the future!

Spent the weekend at the cabin with a few friends and it was great. Place was spacious and clean, plenty of beds for everyone. Eugene was responsive and helpful. Would come again!

The space was clean, peaceful, and truly felt like a home away from home, making it easy to unwind after busy days exploring the city. Eugene, our host, was fantastic. He was incredibly responsive, kind, and went above and beyond to accommodate our requests. His thoughtful communication and warm hospitality made the experience seamless and enjoyable. We couldn’t have asked for a better place—or a better host. Highly recommended! There was NOTHING to not like about this place!

Only good things to say, really liked this place a lot. We were visiting Universal Studios and it was really convenient between BUR and the park. There are a lot of fun restaurants around, and the neighborhood is clean and quiet. Super nice stay, thanks!

We had a great stay at this place while visiting the tourist attractions like universal studios and Griffith Observatory. The neighborhood is quiet and we felt safe. The house is very clean and had everything we needed!
